Functions of Paragraph in MS Word

In this Lesson we will continue to learn about Paragraph Function in Home Tab of MS Word.

Home Tab is summarize is following categories which we will discuss one by one But now we will discuss the one categories which is Paragraph.

Paragraph is summarize in following points which is mention below and also show in a picture;

     *** Bullets (Already Done)

     *** Numbering (Already Done)

     *** Multilevel List (Already Done)

      *** Decrease Indent

      *** Increase Indent   

      *** Sort

      *** Marks

      *** Align Left

      *** Align Center

      *** Align Right

      *** Justify

       *** Line & Paragraphing Spacing

      *** Shading

      *** Borders

Due to a lot of categories in Paragraph Tab So we will discuss only 04 categories in this lecture and remaining we will discuss in next lecture.

Functions of Paragraph in MS Word

Decrease Indent:

                      This is used to show blank space from the left side of the sentence or paragraph. This is mostly used when we want to add picture from left side and show text in front of a picture. Just like in Newspaper or Reports etc. 

Increase Indent:

                      This is similar to the Decrease Indent because this is used to show blank space from the right side of the sentence or paragraph. This is mostly used when we want to add picture from right side and show text in front of a picture. Just like in Newspaper or Reports etc. 

Sort:

              This is used to sort or summarize of data in a specify field This is mostly useful function in a MS word because after using this we will see that a only specify or require data which we want. 

Marks:

                   This is used when we want to see that where we apply mistakenly double space or space.
